You are in control of your data in Herald. Here is how it is deleted:
Delete a connected social account
In Herald, open Accounts and click Disconnect on any account. This immediately revokes Herald’s access and removes its stored (encrypted) authorization token.
Delete your whole account/workspace
From your account settings you can delete your workspace, which removes your account, connected accounts, and posts.
Requests from the platform
If you request data deletion through Facebook or Instagram, that request is delivered to Herald automatically and the associated connected account and its authorization are deleted. A confirmation code is issued, and this page shows the status when you follow the link.
