These Terms govern your use of Herald (“Herald”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Herald.
The service
Herald lets you connect your Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts and publish content to them — now or on a schedule — from a single dashboard and API.
Your account and credentials
- You are responsible for keeping your login and API keys secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
Your content and conduct
- You retain ownership of the content you publish through Herald.
- You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to publish it.
- You must comply with the terms and policies of each platform you publish to (Meta, LinkedIn), and must not use Herald to publish unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, or to spam.
Platform dependencies
Publishing relies on third-party platform APIs. Their availability, rate limits, review requirements, and policy changes are outside our control and may affect what you can publish.
Availability & disclaimer
Herald is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that a given post will be accepted by a platform.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Herald is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Herald and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or platform policies.
Changes
We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
